AMARA Personal & Group Shopping Policies & Procedures

At AMARA, our shopping experiences are intentionally designed to offer thoughtful styling, elevated service, and a relaxed, welcoming environment. To ensure consistency and respect for all clients, the following policies apply to all appointment-based services.

General Policies (Applies to All Shopping Experiences)

  • An active AMARA customer profile is required to book any appointment or service

  • All appointment fees are non-refundable

  • Store credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash

  • Appointments are subject to availability

  • AMARA reserves the right to reschedule appointments as needed to ensure the best client experience

Personal Shopping Experience (Non-Private)

A guided styling experience that may include up to four clients during a scheduled window. Ideal for clients who enjoy a shared showroom atmosphere while still receiving personalized support.

Booking & Experience Details

  • Appointment-based during designated hours

  • May include multiple clients during the same timeframe

  • For a fully exclusive experience, clients should select a Private Shopping Appointment

Private Shopping Appointment

A one-on-one, exclusive shopping experience with full showroom access reserved just for you. Designed for focused styling, wardrobe building, or special occasions.

Pricing

  • $150 non-refundable retainer

    • $50 service fee

    • $100 applied toward purchase the day of the appointment

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If canceled more than 24 hours in advance:

    • The $100 will be issued as store credit

    • The $50 service fee may be extended one time if the appointment is rescheduled

  • If canceled within 24 hours or no-show:

    • The $50 service fee is retained

    • The $100 is issued as store credit

Group Shopping Experience

A curated, social shopping experience for groups seeking connection, styling, and celebration in an elevated setting.

Booking Requirements

  • Must be booked at least 72 hours in advance

  • Each guest must have an active AMARA customer profile

Pricing & Minimums

  • $150 per person

    • $50 non-refundable service fee

    • $100 issued as individual store credit

  • $500 minimum total group purchase required

What’s Included

  • Private showroom access for the group

  • Personalized styling and guided outfit building

  • Small bites for the group

  • One complimentary glass of wine per guest (21+ with valid ID)

Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled more than 72 hours in advance:

    • $100 per person issued as store credit

    • Service fees are retained

  • If canceled within 72 hours or no-show:

    • Service fees are retained

    • $100 per person issued as store credit

Additional Notes

  • Store credit must be used in accordance with AMARA store policies

  • Complimentary wine is offered responsibly and may be substituted at AMARA’s discretion

  • AMARA reserves the right to limit group size to maintain service quality
