Returns
• Eligibility: We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. For returns made between 8 and 14 days, we offer store credit only.
• Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
• Tailored Items: Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned.
• Sale Items: Discounted items can be returned within 7 days for store credit only.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift Cards: All gift cards purchased from AMARA Clothing Boutique are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and issuing a refund or replacement.
• Visual Documentation: To assist us in processing your claim, please include photos of the damaged item in your email.
Exchanges
• Size and Color Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
Refunds
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
