We proudly offer shipping services throughout the continental United States. All orders are shipped using Easyship, a reliable service that ensures prompt and secure delivery.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our focus is on providing exceptional service to our customers located within the United States.

We ship to all 50 states in the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, please note that free shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the selected shipping method. At checkout, you will see the estimated shipping costs before completing your purchase. We strive to offer competitive rates to enhance your shopping experience.

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Please note the following conditions:

• Free shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

• Free shipping may be denied based on the volume of products ordered. If your order is exceptionally large or exceeds weight limits, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges accordingly.

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. This timeframe includes order verification, quality checks, and packing.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items with tags attached within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns made between days 8 and 14 will be eligible for store credit only. Please note that we do not accept returns on tailored or sale items.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive your preferred item promptly.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or processing a return.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately, with in 48 hours of receiving notification. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
